My good friend Kelly, recently told me about a new great thing, parental controls. I LOVE THEM!!! My daughter has them and doesn't even know yet:) The parental controls that we have allow me to pick and chose who she can and can't talk to. I can choose a time when she can and can't talk or text except to us. There is also a feature where I can see where she is!!! It is actually GPS and gives you a round about area. Man who ever thought of this obviously had a teenager. We had these put on her phone because there were some racy text messages!! Have you ever read your child's texts? You should at least once. You should see what kind of language they use and even what kind their friends use.
Some of this was brought on by the cheer coach in our life. She is wonderful. She has very high expectations. She also puts all of her rules on paper. If my child gets into trouble she knows that Jana will know about it. Anyway... in our first meeting the topic of Facebook was brought up. There are people that are watching you.. People at school who can see what you say. If you want to know anything about a child get a facebook!!! Better yet know your child's pass code. There is so much information on Facebook.
